David B. Coleman

Marketing Communications Specialist

"I help organizations and individuals discover and express their unique, authentic brand in order to inspire, share their story, and make a difference in the world."

For over twenty-five years as a marketer and brand communicator, I've had the privilege of helping organizations grow their businesses. Over that time, my work has included consulting and production experience in nearly all media, including: the web, print, video, television, photography, and more.

I've been fortunate to work with businesses of all shapes and sizes, from mom-and-pop shops to Fortune 500 companies, including such organizations as: Bayer, Cleveland Clinic, George Washington University, Goodwill Industries, Great Harvest Bread Co., Michigan State University, NBC Sports, Quaker Oats Company, The Upjohn Company, United Way, University of Notre Dame, Whirlpool, and many others.

Throughout my career, I've worked alongside many amazing people and teams, and have had the honor of contributing to numerous projects that have received industry acclaim, including: multiple Gabriel Awards, WorldFest Charleston Awards, ADDY awards from the American Advertising Federation, awards from the New York Festivals, recognition from the Advancement and Support of Education, and many others.

Today, my focus has moved towards helping people get their message out through online platforms. Within these communication tools, my mission is to help organizations and individuals discover their unique, authentic brand and live inspiring lives and careers.

I believe that with the opportunities afforded by the Internet, including resources I write about at Inside eBiz and WP Mayor, we can all use our unique strengths and gifts to make a difference in the world by better serving others. Not only does the web allow more people the opportunity to get their message out, but it also allows that message to potentially reach a far larger audience.

I currently reside in South Bend, Indiana with my wife, Penny, and our four children—Erica, Shayne, Paige, and Nicholas. Beyond spending time with family and friends, I enjoy reading (mostly business, marketing, human behavior, and science), painting (acrylics), and helping kids through coaching.

If you or your organization have the desire to discover or refine your unique brand, and to share your passion with the world, I'd be honored to help you get your message out. If you have any questions or wish to contact me for any reason, please feel free to reach me through my contact page here.

Thank you so much for your interest and time. Wherever your journey takes you, I wish you the very best!
